Return Policy

Parts Return Policy:

Returns and exchanges within 30 days must be in new condition and include all instructions and original packaging in saleable condition. Special orders and electrical parts are non-refundable. Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee at the dealer’s discretion. Defective parts will be exchanged or refunded if a suitable replacement is not available. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns are subject to inspection.

Equipment Return Policy:

All power equipment is considered a final sale once delivered to the customer.

Exclusions to this policy may be considered at the dealer’s discretion within 30 days of purchase, provided the equipment has not been used, is in new, resalable condition, and includes all original parts and proof of purchase.

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Many return requests are the result of product knowledge or setup issues. If you experience any concerns with your equipment, we are committed to working with you to resolve them through:

Product setup guidance, Troubleshooting assistance, Warranty support, and Service or repair options where applicable.

Delivery Process:

All equipment is in-store pickup unless otherwise specified.

Delivery of all equipment is available within Ontario. Shipping costs calculated upon request.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are calculated on a per-unit basis.

We offer free shipping on NEW lawn tractors and zero turns within a 10km radius of the store.
